  • Graphic & Web Designer at Build.com Inc.
    Chico, United States of America
    February 2011 - November 2014

    Graphic Designer-

Created an extensive library of easily identifiable icons with the intention of usability and functionality for web and mobile.

Worked on many marketing projects that included iconography, online promotional advertising, print, catalog, email, infographics, marketing templates, internal PR, iPad UI and more.

Often write how-to's, tutorials and informative articles for other teams, our internal wiki and 3rd party businesses.

    Web Design-

Created interactive and promotional graphics from concept to completion on Build.com's homepage, landing page splashes and the rewards program modals and pages.

Designed and coded banner templates for the Brand and Category managers to use as an alternative way to market their brands and personalized promotions. The templates gave them visual freedom to create their own banners while making them adhere to Build.com's design and web standards.

Many projects required a balance of working on my own as well as collaborating with multiple teams to create the final product.
